Confusion is common in caustic times. Characters are changing while continuing my charade. People crying while caring are common. Usually chickens enjoy cramming food continuously. I countlessly attempt countering my credulous thoughts.

Nice anot? In case no one can see, every other word starts with the letter 'c'. I call this allikeration. Close to alliteration but not quite.

)Anyway, my excitement lies in awaiting( the approaching new year. Going to have a sort of countdown party with my TJ 18-05 pals at my place. Too bad will have to pang seh TH. That idiot meihui is pang sehing us for another countdown. Beach.

Anyone may experience love in awe, but a few refuse to voluntarily break out of it. They already have a perfect picture in their mind and fear that the illusion may be broken. They would rather live in a fantasy world than to experience the potentially harsh truth.

Damn I'm good. And its not even for sure. I can grow up to be a freaking english teacher man.

Walking on the dusty trail his hand swinging in empty space,
Would that he will meet someone along the way.
To stop his swinging hand and to take the path together.
'i will come with you' says a voice,
Her face incomprehensible in the blowing sandstorm.
Three sticks lost in the incomprehensible view.
'will you come with me?' he intones out loud.
a long pregnant pause filled in with the winds of thought.
'yup if you tell me earlier then... ahem',
sand particles caught in the throat of the past.
now he is walking alone again with sand tearing at his eyes,
along an endless trail towards a distant future.
nothing can be seen as he blindly gropes,
Desperation looms but his hope holds out.
Afraid, wanting, afraid of wanting,
Can anyone show him the way?

Full of suki sushi!

Yup yup, merry christmas yadda yadda. Just finish the last chalet of the holidays, the 2e6 chalet. Now I must spend the last four days of the holiday trying to do homework which I have totally no clue how to do.

I've spent the last hour trying to do 2 questions, both of which I still haven completed. I think I need to find someone to help me with this. I guess I will not be doing anymore homework tonight. Think I shall try to finish watching trigo.

yea, orientation coming soon. Can hardly wait to meet my group members. Hope got eye candy. Heh heh. Missed the second day of OG camp because of chalet so I am clueless about whatever is going to happen. Just have fun I guess!

Right, I am too lazy to write more so I shall end here.

Haiyo, everybody seems to be writing poems, all sounds quite sad somemore. Guess I shall try to buck the trend and come up with something funny. Allright, first lets think of a topic. Hmmm, I had a great dinner, I think I shall go with dinner. Here it is, poem about dinner.

It is almost eight,
I have already ate,
My dinner.

I had a big steamboat,
I ate till I hurt my throat,
My dinner.

Mushy vegetables and sotong balls,
Pigs' liver and bread rolls,
My dinner.

I've got no goddamned inspiration,
Just finished passing motion,
My dinner.

Haha, the last one was funny.
Wa! Sibeh song! Today after training jiao lian was talking about our game and so on. Then he was talking about focusing more on teamwork during training and individual skills can be shown during matches. Then he was talking about people who are good one on one.

Jiao lian: you xie ren hen hao qie hao xiang de ren ah, si yang ah...(long pause) leekhian ah.

Me: !!! (am chio)

Haha, quite stupid I know, but he seemed to love scoulding me last time, it was really nice to finally hear something good. Some choice bites.

Jiao lian: dai she mo pi gu!

Jiao lian: chuan she mo niao qiu!

Jiao lian: jiao ni pao pang bian wei she mo ni yi zhi pao zhong jian!

Missed another OGL meeting again. Its not that I'm not dedicated, my heart is with you guys 100% all the time even though my body is not! Even though I don't know any of you I still support whatever you guys do!

Die already, must start to chiong homework! Tomorrow after frisbee and gym I intend to go somewhere and try to at least finish most of my maths revision tutorial. I cannot afford to slack! No 'S'tupid paper must get 4 As! Must psycho myself up!

Just came back from Tau Huay chalet! It was fun as usual, but I had to leave every morning for training. Kind of takes away the 'chalet' feeling. The first day I slept like two hours before gym so I was almost dead on my feet. We went to escape that day, and it was not really fun because the viking was closed, as was the pepsi thingy, as well as the alpha 8. At least I finally got to ride the inverter. It was a fun ride, but kind of spoilt by they only allowing 5 people on board at one time even though there are more than 20 seats available. That evening was actually zhss BBQ but no one knew till around 9. So we took a cab down all the way to serangoon, costing 9.90. Saw all the zhss bballers, there are like almost no guys left. From our batch, hc, alven, richard, joshua, sandy, joei and I were there. I think thats about all. took alot of food back to the chalet with us, costing another 8 something in cab fares. I think the first driver cheated us.

I seem to be spending alot on cabs these few days. Took a cab to school on monday because I thought I was going to be late for the frisbee thing. Cost 10 freaking dollars too. Now I'm totally broke!

We set a record for training today with the least number of people attending. A grand total of four guys came today as compared to 9 girls. Now we know why they are the championship contenders, not us. They took pity on us and I guess they felt lazy too so we ended up playing soccer and floorball. They thrashed us 5-1 in soccer, which kind of sucked, playing 4 vs 9 and not having offside rule. I scored the lone goal by an act of tyconess. Later we played floorball. Thankfully they decided to split teams, unfortunately our team was still outnumbered. I don't even remember how much we lost by. But it was all in good fun! I love this kind of training! Beats the heck out of gym anyday!

Well lookie here, its already the 21st of december. Almost one year has passed since I entered JC and I still talk about things involving secondary school. Come january will be the orientation and the memories of the first 3 months I spent in TJ, in my opinion, one of the best times of my life. I can remember playing utopia in the computer lab place, the LDF where we hang out, and the rock climbing and basketball trainings when I still went for school. After that I remember the beyond godlike ponning streak. The cheng tng, the you tiaos, the fabulous food that tastes like heaven as compared to VJ food. The first 3 months are really the best times. I guess its like having all the fun part of school without the bad parts. You get to be with friends, go out after school and have lots of fun without worrying about studies. Never did a day of homework in TJ, slept every single lecture, skipped classes if I felt like it. That is life, my friend.

The Promise has got to be the gayest show ever. Everybody in the show is either Gay or Crazy. The king is a sissy, Nicholas Tse is a puss, The general of the totally gay sounding red flower army is crazy, and the main character Jang Dong Gun is just plain nuts. Cecilia Cheung is damn chio in the movie though!

Jang is this begger cum servant dude who can run so fast that he can go back in time. Yep, makes no sense to me either. Anyway, he is from some snowland, where everybody is super-quick. Apparantly when he was two, Nicholas Tse, the niang niang qiang general went there and decided to tie everyone up and shoot burning arrows into them. No shit. Only he and another guy survived. The other guy ends up wearing a black qipao which has lots of black feathers sticking out of it. Very cabaret. This suit is kinda like venom, except less cool and more gay. Theres a downside however, you will die the moment you take it off. So I guess the other guy didn't bathe for 20 years.

Well, Cecilia Cheung's character is this chiobu who is doomed not to have lasting love unless time can go backwards. In this show, she is dressed in chinese robes, in feathers and locked in a cage, and also in nothing while bathing. thats about all I think.

Anyhow, the show ends with the gay Nicholas feeling touched by something which I have forgotten, and him saying that the red flower general is still his idol. He then does some gay fighing and ends up dieing himself. Along the way he manages to kill all the other gays. Thats about all. So you have all the gays dieing, most of the crazy people dieing too, Jang carrying
218.212.65.59on his back while he... runs so fast he flies. The movie ends nonsensically with him saying that he wants to give her another chance to choose. Choose what? I'm also not very sure myself. Probably whether she wants to eat that pao she ate when she was young.

Thats about all. I feel a little cheated of my $9.50. That was yesterday though. Today, I went to SP to watch our girls play against them in a friendly(we won), and also went to the CLS funfare. The funfare was quite a small event, but the food was not bad! Loved the marshmellow dipped in chocolate! Fondue or something! Alven was my guide and kind of showed me around until the part where he abandoned me to be with his *****l. It was ok though, I had to go ice-skate at Jurong anyway with the junior basketball people and their new SP friends. There I met Leo who came with his sis and cousin. His first time. Yup, lots of staggering and tripping and slipping. Very very funny. Saw Janice too, haha, my group leader during sec 2 camp if I'm not wrong, good luck for her 'A's.

Wanted to go and play ball but it was raining, so went home instead. Met my brother at the MRT station, what great timing! Cab ride home! Could'nt find television guide so turned on TV and what do you know? NBA right at that time! Today is like the most perfectly timed day ever.

Sometimes I wonder why the hell I am writing about my day here. After all, its no big deal. But I guess I want to be able to look back a few years from now and remember what I did last time. I've read my older entries and found it hilariously childish and stupid. I sure hope anyone who reads this feels the same.

Hell, I might as well preserve SP in here so I will remember what It is like next time. Firstly, Its real big. With a directly linkbridge from MRT station into the compound. Walk straight, is the funfare area as well as the auidtorium downstairs. Turn right then left and continue straight are some labs and a cafeteria way downstairs and to the right. Continue straight and its some labs, then the KFC where I ate with the bball girls, then its the indoor court. Yup, thats about all that I went. Thank god. Anymore and I will get freaking lost. its a goddammed city inside there. I think they could seal the walls and cut off all contact with the outside world and be self sufficient. Probably plant rice in the football field or something.

Ball tomorrow! Can hardly wait.

I'm wasting my life away. Everyday apart from training all I do is sit here in front of the bloody computer and do nothing. To make matters worse, I've got a cold now. Thats just plain sad.

Ahhhhh! Homework! 'nuff said!

Monday, December 12, 2005

Number of posts increase proportionally with level of boredom.

Girls are back at last! They bought us, at least those who went to see them off, calvin and hobbes t-shirts! How nice, calvin and hobbes are one of my all time favourite comics! I'm gonna wear it after training tomorrow to show them my appreciation! Wahaha!

But this means something too, we have got to get them something back. Gosh, what will it be? Underwear??

Sunday, December 11, 2005

Sigh. It was exactly as I remembered. Totally not fun. All those old people speaking teochew, and since my teochew sucks I understand only like 10% of what they are saying, not that they are talking about anything interesting. A normal conversation goes something like this:

Mom(translated): How much is that bag of tiny dried smelly fishes

Old man: Oh, I bought mine for 5000

Mom: So how much is it per kg?

Old man: I bought mine for 5000

Mom: How much did you buy? 1 kg?

Old man: I bought mine for 5000

And it goes downhill from there. So you can imagine the kind of intellectual stimulation I got there. In fact, I actually did a little homework there, as well as watch alot of television, mostly informacials (wow, I didn't know that a juicer is my gateway to a healthy, well-toned body).

Over there, Its smelly, dusty, real hot, and I don't think theres a single computer in the whole goddammed place. The good thing though, is that there, for some reason, beer is cheaper than soft drinks! So every restaurant that we go to (actually they are not really restaurants, just stores with tables in them where we can sit down and eat), they will stack like 4 cans of Heinekein, 5 cans of Carlsberg, another 4 cans of Guiness stout, and then like 2 cans of sprite. They say that the ice there is dirty too because its made from tap water and the tap water there cannot be drunk. So its room-temperature beer for everyone.

I got to get smart. From now on, I'm never ever going on a holiday alone with my parents again. I've been fooled for seventeen years now, I'm not going to let them get me again! By the way, the island I went to was called Kalimun or something like that. the town on that island is called Tanjung Balai. Everyone there speaks in Dialect, even the local indonesians.

What a wasted week! I even missed receiving the basketball girls from their trip from Thailand! I would like to apologise if any of them accidentally reads this. Yep, I would much much rather sit an hour in the bus to go to the airport to see you all than spend a weekend in that hellhole.

I play like sai! Still got lots of work to do!

Going to indonesia tomorrow. Some place which name I have forgotten. Going for two days for some guy's wedding anniversary I think. Went to the same place for his wedding last year. Hell I don't even know who he is. Why the hell am I going. I could be spending my weekend here relaxing in Singapore but instead I end up taking some ferry ride to indonesia to spend a weekend with a bunch of old uncles and aunties and watch them embarass themselves infont of tens of people singing stupid old karaoke songs. There isn't even any thing interesting to look at over there (read: pretty girls) except old buildings, smelly busses and old men smoking in the hotel's air-conditioned lobby. Fuck, I'm gonna bring homework along just to make myself feel more miserable.
